Would never recommend them to anyone as they are only about money.. have been waited for over 4 month for “higher manager to... read more get in touch” however they just left it at that and no one get back to me. They meant to organise the trip which they kind of did but when we got there it only seemed like we got a driver to the locations.. hotels which they choose for us were really bad and in some we saw cockroaches, insects etc. on top of that there was this big holidays and the driver talk us that he cannot take us to planned places to visit because of that.. so why putting them on a plan? We could have choose different locations.. Long story short DON’T TRUST THEM. They really feel like scammers who are only after your money...

We booked an 8 day trip to Sri Lanka in January 2026 with Travelco. We were a group of 5 couples and we had a great experience. Each member of... read more our group was very happy with the places we visited, the hotels, vehicle and food. Right from the planning stage, Minhaj from Travelco, who was communicating with me, was very prompt with response to our queries and changes required. Very patiently he would get quotes of different hotels till we were satisfied. We found the rates reasonable. Another couple which was to join us had to cancel last minute due to a medical emergency but Minhaj managed to ensure zero cancellation charges for them. During our trip, he came personally to welcome us at the airport. We had a comfortable bus and excellent driver who helped us by temporarily making payments as well when we were short of cash LKR. We had smooth check ins and check outs at all places. At our last resort in Bentota, when we faced some service and maintenance issues, he relentlessly spoke to the management till matters were rectified. Our SL trip was made very enjoyable and memorable because of Travelco. I would definitely recommend anyone travelling to SL to book with Travelco
