At every hotel, we were well treated and at two properties we were even upgraded to suites at Wasim’s request. Wasim followed up with us daily to ensure everything was going smoothly and that we were happy with the services provided. Dumindu is an outstanding guide and chauffeur—always cheerful, punctual, and attentive. He was with us throughout the trip and went out of his way to take care of all our needs.
